PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Most of our products ship from US-based warehouses with estimated delivery of 3-7 business days within the United States. Select items may ship from international warehouses with estimated delivery of 8-15 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website for current offers.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items. International shipping is not available at this time.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@shopaurevie.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. AUREVIE is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@shopaurevie.com and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
