RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At AUREVIE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shopaurevie.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopaurevie.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: opened skincare products, personal care items that have been used, and items marked as final sale.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shopaurevie.com.
