Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days to the United States. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. More countries coming soon.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all AUREVIE products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will make it right — either with a full refund or a replacement.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@shopaurevie.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We are so sorry if this happens. Please email us at support@shopaurevie.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. All AUREVIE products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and we only work with suppliers who share our values.

Are the essential oils safe for diffusers?

Yes. Our Essence Collection essential oils are 100% pure and compatible with all ultrasonic aromatherapy diffusers including our Cloud Diffuser.

How do I use the LED Light Therapy Mask?

Cleanse your face thoroughly before use. Put on the mask and select your desired light mode. Use for 10 minutes per session, once daily. For best results, use consistently for 4–6 weeks. Always wear the included eye protection.

How do I clean my Gua Sha or Jade Roller?

Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth after each use. Avoid soaking in water. Store in the provided pouch to maintain its condition.

Is the Cloud Diffuser safe to use overnight?

Yes. The Cloud Diffuser has an automatic shutoff feature when the water runs low, making it completely safe to run while you sleep.
